so... still working on all of those things that will make finances more secure and pinching those pennies!!! but all in all we are a strong little family and we will overcome every obstacle we face! the joys of being an adult and shouldering responsibility.... again this is life and we are moving forward even though we really feel stuck in the mud, but in this economy who isn't worried about financial security?? everyone is doing what they can and saving when/where they can and i'm all for it..... anyone extreme couponers out there want to share their knowledge???
Peyton: has a left over cough from croup, yuckie!! but that aside she's doing well, no more pink eye! She has also decided to sleep in her tent, she fell out of her big girl bed the second night and since then has barricaded herself into her room with pillows and blankets at the door which scares me my mommy brain does all the what if's.... well we tried the tent one night and she's stayed in there ever since i guess my daughter likes camping..... indoors lol. She's definitely two and acting it in a very large way. She's expanding her vocabulary daily and the amount she is understanding and its blowing me away completely!
Preston: Pink eye is gone and we are going to the dr on thursday to do the follow up on his ear infection and to have this cough he's developed checked out! my little man is crawling all over very well and is pulling himself up he mastered all of this in a little over two weeks, so my babies like to be over achievers but i kinda wish they would stay little longer :-(... He has also decided to take a pacifier lately and he loves it, he can be asleep and you put him in his bed and he wakes up but put the paci in his mouth and instantly back asleep!!!!
Easter: was crazy crazy crazy, peyton got an abundant amount of candy.... oh joy oh joy! we had a crazy hectic day. Peyton woke us up, she had figured out how to open the door to her room with the child handle on it and was by my side of the bed which made my heart leap out of my chest!!!! so we did the easter baskets and she loved all of the stuff and candy the easter bunny had left. Preston got new paci's they are painted like a football and a baseball! then we went to my aunt's and had easter with my side of the family, cascarones and a pinata, and some yummy yummy brisket! then on to Matt's sister's to enjoy another meal and egg hunt, where she got to play with other little kids and then home to an early bed due to the sheer exhaustion!!
all in all its been a pretty fun filled crazy hectic week and as always we loved it.
